Dandelions, What Dandelions? Grass, What Grass? Weeds, What Weeds?

Our friends at Galvan are really proud of their old building at 5th and State, which they display prominently on their website and refer to as the "Galvan Armory."  It houses the Hudson Area Library and a few other essential city services, and it is an attractive structure.  Considering the number of people who walk in and out of that building on a daily basis, you'd think the people at Galvan would care enough to have mowed the goddam lawns in front by now.
