Tuesday In The Park

 

5 empty beer cans, a bench full of and surrounded by food and drink litter, an empty glass bottle of pineapple vodka and never a Hudson police officer on foot in sight.

In the 7th Street Park, where there is zero 
police presence and it shows. 

It's too bad that just a few bad actors can make the park so unwelcoming and full of garbage, and that the city doesn't make any effort to do anything about it.  It's downright bizarre and creepy, as if City Hall would prefer the park to be unwelcoming.
