All 4 floors of the Pocketbook Factory have light bulbs on 24/7. There have to be at least 200 bulbs in total. Several months ago I was told by the property owner that the lights are left on for safety and that Hudson Code Enforcement required that the lights be left on. The entire, block-long building is surrounded by a chain link fence.
