Who Should Get The Boot? (Part 1)

Near the middle of last week's public presentation of the parking consultant's report, Mayor Kamal Johnson was able to tear his eyes and thumbs away from his phone for a moment to tell the consultant that it takes a vehicle "3 unpaid overdue parking meter tickets to get the boot."

As of today, this Mini Cooper has 9 overdue unpaid tickets, the earliest being from January 18th.  8 of those are for meter violations at $45 each, and 1 is for Wrong Side Parking at $55.  The car's third overdue ticket became overdue 2 weeks ago.  In addition to two recent meter violation tickets still at $10 each, someone owes the city $435 in parking violations for the Mini.  11 unpaid tickets, 9 of them overdue by at least 30 days, and there was no boot on the Mini today.
