Gee, I Hope More Of These Are On The Way

For those of you who have not been on Dock Street recently, I thought I would show you what has appeared there, across from the DPW garage.  I seem to remember that it was presented to the Planning Board as some sort of food storage warehouse.  Whatever it is, it is hideous and spooky.
