Who Should Get The Boot????? (Part 5)

A few days ago, I noticed the cute and infamous Mini from New Jersey being driven on Columbia Street, so I decided to check on the status of the owner's parking tickets.  Last I reported, on March 6th, the Mini had 11 unpaid tickets (9 being overdue), totaling $435.

Nearly a month later, it appears that none of those tickets have been paid AND the Mini is still without a BOOT.  As of today, the car has 29 outstanding tickets, 10 which are overdue by 30 days.  The Mini was issued 18 parking tickets in the month of March, both for meter violation and wrong side parking. The oldest unpaid ticket is from January 18th.  Someone owes the City of Hudson $660, but appears to be in no rush to pay up.  That's $225 more than they owed the city a month ago.

Need I repeat what our dear mayor claimed at a recent public meeting?  Sure, I will.  He confidently stated that it takes "3 overdue parking tickets to get the BOOT."  Is that so, Kamal?  From whom do you get your information?
