Would The Planning Board Have Approved A Permanent Food Truck?

Last year, it took the Hudson Planning Board a long time to grant Galvan approval for the brewery in the historic Upper Depot building.  At one meeting, a Planning Board member was furious with Galvan's development guru, Dan Kent, for failing to do his due diligence and changing plans so often, as well as just failing to do what the Board had asked them to do.
There were lots of delays, most of them seemingly unnecessary.  It seemed that Dan Kent was not taking the process seriously, or just not paying attention.  I once heard him apologize to the Planning Board for the delays.

At the time the project was before the Planning Board, I perused the plans for the brewery that Galvan's engineer submitted to the Planning Board, and I didn't see anything about a food truck being permanently placed in front of the building, nor did I hear mention of it at any meetings.  I'm thinking that I would remember if there were any mention of a food truck on the premises.  Perhaps that doesn't matter, since the brewery and Galvan may be allowed to put a food truck, or trucks, on the premises and just leave them there.  But it sure looks like crap from a distance, and I'm thinking that the Planning Board would have had something to say about a food truck next to the building if they had been informed of it.  Especially a large food truck there 24/7 that obscures nearly the entire facade of what used to be the most conspicuous wall of the historic building.

How many food trucks is Galvan/the brewery allowed to install on the property?  Why restore the building if we can't see much of it?  Does the Planning Board, HPC, or Code Enforcement care?
