They destroyed a few portions of the hedge along the tracks, basically inside the park. Who, if anyone, will replace those plants? They left all sorts of cones and barrels behind. Is the walkway across the tracks near the former fountain off limits or not? Dozens of railroad ties line the tracks, some covered in dirt. Is anyone from City Hall in contact with CSX to make sure they don't abandon their messes forever? Does Robert Perry care?
