This Is Far Too Common

Last Thursday, I noticed my neighbor's pair of full trash cans on the sidewalk at the curb.  There was an unpleasant odor for anyone walking past.  Of course, cars often park there.  I took a picture of them the next day.

There they remained for the entire weekend, with more garbage added..  On Monday, with the stench even worse, I took another picture. 

This morning they were still there, with at least two green bags of dog shit visible thanks to passing dog walkers.  The odor was now disgusting.

A few hours later, Superior Services emptied their cans and left them in the street.

There is something foul in City Hall, too.
