Can You Imagine...

 

... if this were the situation on every block in the city year after and Code Enforcement allowed it by doing nothing about it year after year?

At one time there was green grass.  Now 
there is black plastic, heavy stones and
buckets and bins full of soil and plants.  

What next?  A pumpkin patch completely 
covering the sidewalk and the street?

What the heck are vehicle passengers 
supposed to do?

This ugly, dangerous and disrespectful situation on Dodge Street has been going on FOR YEARS!
