Assistance? No, I'm Just Here For A Package of Skittles And A Drink of Water, Thank You.

Inside the HPD station there is nothing welcoming visitors to the station or simply identifying the station.  NOTHING.  The dark line along the bottom of the window is made up of the backs of a row of computers at the dispatcher's desk, making it difficult or impossible for visitors to see if anyone is behind the window.

Nothing is available to wipe the phone down before or after use.  
This was true right through the worst of Covid.

There used to be a second water fountain, but now there 
is just an exposed pipe and holes where the fountain was
mounted.  So welcoming, so convenient!  I love to drink 
water while standing over a garbage can! (Can we get 
a patriotic soda machine for out front of City Hall to
improve the feng shui and balance there?)
