It Is At Least A 7 Foot Fall No One Would Walk Away From

One wonders if Code Enforcement knows what 
the hell they are doing or are able to do their jobs.
.  Craig Haigh issued the building permit for this house
on Dodge at State with the easy and quick 7-foot fall
adjacent to the sidewalk.
