Isn't It True That Stewart's...

... pitched in tens of thousands of dollars to help improve the eponymous intersection to make it SAFER FOR PEDESTRIANS?


Throwing money at problems is the easy part.  Changing bad, lazy habits and dumb thinking is not the easy part.  Money does not and cannot figure into correcting any of those flaws.
