This Is How Much Mishanda Franklin, Rob Perry and Kamal Johnson Each Give A Crap About The Safety And Well Being Of Our Four Parking Enforcers, Visitors To The City and Every Resident of Hudson

None of the white stuff is snow anymore. 
It's all ice.  Think Rob Perry cares?  He 
doesn't have to walk there, fill a meter or 
check a meter to write a ticket, does he?

I haven't yet seen the plans showing where the million 
dollar parking kiosks will be located in the City 
Hall lot. Have you?

So what if a parking enforcer falls on his head 
and never works, talks or walks again?  We'll just 
find another piece of meat willing to do anything
we want them to.

You'll never see a uniformed Mishanda Franklin walking
in this parking lot, will you?  But her uniformed part-time
parking enforcers are expected to check
all 60 meters on the island in the middle of
the lot 5 days a week, twice a day.

To discover the truth behind how this is possible would take
a gargantuan effort in a quagmire full of dysfunction.

According to a source I spoke to this morning
in the lot, Rob Perry recently told the Mayor's Office that
he has been short staffed and too busy to clear the meter
island in the City Hall Municipal Parking Lot.

With Kamal Johnson at the helm, 
the disrespect and neglect coming from 520
Warren and 701 Union continues to reach new lows.  
Hudson seems to be spiraling out of control, much 
like Washington, D.C. is.

What would you do and what would you say to Rob Perry, Mishanda Franklin and Kamal Johnson if you were a part-time HPD parking enforcer with no health benefits being paid $20 an hour to issue meter violation tickets and confronted with this situation?  Would you say, as I would, "Fuck you, do it yourselves or go find someone else to walk on your ice" and walk out the door never to return?  Any self-respecting person would!
