Hudson City Hall Is In Full Decay Mode! No One Seems To Care, Not Even The Mayor.

It is as if Kamal Johnson knows that this 
"sign" conveys an appropriate and accurate message
to everyone entering Hudson, including to its residents:  
"THIS CITY IS BROKEN AND WE DO NOT CARE!"
