When did this become acceptable?

Didn't there used to be information on here about 
the special Union Street sidewalk trees?

The concrete sidewalk was removed 
IN THE FALL OF 2024!  We are 
quickly approaching our third winter!

Sign ignored by vehicle owner AND by HPD!

Last week, after being told by Hernry Haddad that this upright, city-
owned streetlight arm and light on Union had appeared in
March, Rob Perry claimed he had no idea it was there. Of course,
Rob The Slob immediately blamed National Grid for leaving it there, and
Haddad was happy to hear all about Rob's woes.  Rob didn't give Henry 
any idea when the arm and light would make it to the top of the pole,
nor did Henry bother to ask him if it would happen this year or next decade.

4 years?  5 years?  35 years?

This kiosk has not been working for at least 8 days.
There is no sign on it indicating its uselessness.

DPW sweeping State at 10:30 am with
parked cars in the way 8 or 9 hours
after HPD ticketed parked cars for 
being on the WRONG SIDE of the street.

Joe Ferris, Rob Perry, and David Miller 
 recently decided that the rear door leading to 
the flat roof of City Hall (and windows and rear 
door to the DPW offices) must remain unlocked 
AT ALL TIMES!  AT. ALL. TIMES.!

FOR MONTHS,
PERHAPS OVER A YEAR!

There is literally nothing left on this sign anymore. 
To me, it is symbolic of the concerning situation we find
ourselves in:  Decay through neglect and nothing but silence  
from City Hall.  Everything is just fine.  "What did you say?  
SORRY, WE CAN'T HEAR YOU!"
