How many parking spaces does one mayor need?

Before Kamal Johnson became Hudson mayor, there was only one parking space behind City Hall designated for the mayor, located in the municipal lot across Prison Alley.

The mayor's second parking space, which he never uses and is located directly behind City Hall, had been the DPW Superintendent's designated space.  Since Johnson became mayor, the DPW Superintendent's designated parking space sign was replaced, and Robert Perry's city-issued vehicle and personal vehicle are never found parked in the municipal lot or behind City Hall as they once often were.  It's difficult to know exactly where Mr. Perry works out of -- it doesn't seem to be on the 2nf floor of City Hall in the DPW office.
