Galvan Cares!

Our friends at Galvan seem to be behind at least 3 A-frame signs around town advertising the recently opened brewery at 7th and State, which is located inside one of their buildings.  Here is what the sign located in front of Galvan's new offices, located just 7 blocks from the brewery, looked like this morning.

Galvan does not own or operate
the Upper Depot Brewery, but they
are advertising for it on our
sidewalks

Of course, the operators of the brewery know enough to NOT leave their A-frame sign on the sidewalk when they aren't open for business.  But the city allows another business to leave at least 3 A-frame signs on sidewalks 24/7, some chained to fences, advertising for their tenant's business several blocks away.  How many of these signs is Galvan allowed to spread around town?  How many signs is any business allowed to spread around town, advertising themselves or some other business they have an interest in?
