Hello, CEO?

Perfectly acceptable

No one has lived in this shack on Columbia Street for forever, yet there are private trash hauler trash and recycling receptacles in front, on the sidewalk, 24/7.  They appeared early last year, I believe.  This shack and the nearby houses all have access to the alley.  It appears that a neighbor or two utilizes the receptacles, if anyone.  And the City of Hudson has no problem with this.  The refrigerator appeared about two months ago.  The beer bottle, a few days ago.  What next?

This is acceptable to Hudson City Hall (Mayor's office, DPW, Code) on Columbia Street, but we all know that it certainly would not be tolerated on Warren Street.

If my hunch and public records are accurate, the shack is known as 225 1/2 Columbia Street (unsurprisingly, there is no number on the front of the shack).  Public records show that Phil Gellert sold it last July for $195,000 to someone, or a company, by the name of 227 Columbia St. QOZB LLC, with a mailing address of 225 1/2 Columbia Street (do you see a mailbox anywhere?).  Strangely, 227 Columbia St. QOZB LLC does not own 227 Columbia Street.  In fact, there is no such official address as 227 Columbia, just 229 and 231 Columbia, both owned by Galvan through their Hudson Homesteads moniker.  Those 2 addresses are immediately to the east (left in picture) of the shack.

I have come across some strange and suspicious names for property owners in Hudson, but QOZB might take the cake.
