Never on the WRONG side

It has been at least 7 days since this 2003 Cadillac, with the long-expired registration and inspection stickers, moved from the even to the odd side of Prospect Avenue and has not budged since.  It appears that it doesn't matter what side of Prospect the car parks on or what night it is parked there -- HPD doesn't feel the need to issue it a $25 WRONG SIDE PARKING ticket ever.  Like the Fusion behind it, the Cadillac prevented the DPW snowplows from properly clearing the street of snow after Friday night's snowfall.  And, like the Fusion behind it, the Cadillac never parks on the WRONG SIDE OF PROSPECT.  They are both always on the right side!

In the way of the plow?
