Saturday In the Park

Two HPD officers, two vehicles, at least 20 minutes, responding to one individual drinking straight out of an unbagged vodka bottle, one useless violation ticket handed to him.  This is law enforcement in the year 2023 in America, in New York State, and here in Hudson.

Come to the park tomorrow (or any day) -- if you're lucky, you just might see the same scene play out.

When Michael Madison was handed his violation ticket, the officer said this to him:  "Now don't go crumpling that up and throwing it on the ground."
