Who Should Get The Boot?????? (the final chapter?)


When Kamal Johnson claimed that it took 3 overdue parking tickets to get booted, did he mean to say 30 tickets?  Because that was the total number of tickets, both overdue and not, -- 30! -- that the Mini from New Jersey had accrued before getting booted today.
