Is This How They're Taught To Park In Jersey?

 

A parking enforcer issued a $10 Improper Parking
ticket and a $10 Meter Violation ticket

You can deliberately park on the wrong side of the street in Hudson (including Warren Street on a busy Saturday) and, if caught, receive just a ten dollar ticket.  

There's no way the driver of this vehicle didn't know they were parking on the wrong side of the street.  They likely just got fed up looking for a space on the correct side of the street.
