Words Fail Me (with update)











Update, 8/24:  I spoke with the DPW foreman yesterday about the surfaces of our parking lots.  In regard to the city lot next to Moto, he agreed with me that it "is a mess," and that the surface "needs to be ripped out and replaced.  Just paving over it won't do any good."

Do we ever hear the foreman's boss, DPW Superintendent Robert Perry, mention anything of the sort at council meetings?  Of course not.  The surfaces of the 4 downtown municipal lots?  Not an issue!
