Household garbage in DPW's trash cans is a problem, but vulgar graffiti on the lids is not. Who is the person at DPW with no class or sense of decency, and who may also be a slob, do you suppose?
Equally concerning, perhaps, is that someone was so angry about the jewelry store on Warren Street that they felt a vulgar critique of the store written on the garbage lid was necessary. Jeez, did they get a bad piercing or sold a fake diamond, perhaps?
