If Someone Were To Ask...

If someone interested in moving to Hudson were to ask you if you thought it was a good idea, how would you respond?  

Would you tell them, "Get here while the gettin's good!"?  Or, like me, would you say "No, I would not recommend moving to Hudson right now, especially if you have, or plan on having, children.  It's too risky, in more ways than one."
