LAST WEEK |
Here is the top of the curb as seen late last year, a few months after DPW repainted the side and top of the curb for the 2nd time after first painting it yellow about a year and half ago.
Read more here, from just over a year ago: DPW Is On It!

Picture taken this year, just as easily as it could have been taken a year ago. |
April 27th, another vehicle parked dangerously close to the intersection in a space the city decided was to be off limits a year and a half ago and where DPW has painted the curb yellow THREE TIMES. If they ever get around to painting it again, it will be the fourth time doing so over the course of JUST 18 MONTHS! |
In the fall of 2023, someone at City Hall took my advice and decided that no one should be parking here. Rob Perry was told to paint the curb yellow -- you know, to make the dangerous intersection safer. This picture was taken 3 months ago! |

HPD can't ticket any vehicles parked here, even though THE CITY DECIDED THAT NO ONE IS SUPPOSED TO BE PARKING THERE! (no sign, no yellow curb = no ticket!)
What is it about Rob Perry that doesn't allow him to do his job, doesn't allow HPD to do their job and allows his department to do such crappy work, especially work that is supposed to keep us safe and for the city to look decent? |
