Promenade Park's lovely dog waste station is creeping closer and closer to the fence along the western edge of the park that overlooks our million-dollar views of the Catskill Mountains and the majestic river the City of Hudson was named after, views that most municipalities would kill for. It is now in its third location, close to the middle of the park atop an otherwise respectable stone wall that could be over 225 years old. Do we have Rob Perry to thank for this obscenity welcoming everyone to the city's most popular attraction?
